A contractor client with 35 employees, 2 Administrative Offices and more than 3 jobsite trailers needed help to completely rebuild their IT systems. With 3 Physical Servers and 4 Virtual Servers, the complexity of their systems was too much for a single IT person to manage.
IT Support Miami provided true enterprise design, implementation and ongoing support. The construction business was moved to a Microsoft Exchange Server. The jobsite trailers were connected via VPN for more secure networking and we also implemented Sage Timberline ERP and Oracle Primavera. We automated user policies, provided remote desktop services to resolve any issues on sites, implemented PBX with VoIP to jobsites and 2nd office. We also helped with the selection and implementation of large format printers and plotters.
